Who You Are:

A detail-oriented, highly-competent, team player looking to continue to develop your career within the Administrative Support field in the Palm Beach Gardens, FL area. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing general administrative support to the executives within the office.

Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and coordinate meetings, teleconferences, and domestic and international travel;
* Process expense reports;
* Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents;
* Perform general office duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, scanning, faxing, and incoming/outgoing mail distribution;
* Monitor and maintain office supplies;
* Ensure office equipment is properly maintained and serviced;
* File and retrieve documents and reference materials;
* Record, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings;
* Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:
Skills & Requirements

If you possess a strong work ethic, are resourceful and proactive, and meet the requirements below, then we encourage you to apply:
* Advanced user of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Proficiency with SharePoint is preferred;
* Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow through on issues in a timely manner;
* Must be detail-oriented, possess excellent interpersonal skills as well as written and verbal communication skills;
* Ability to work with high level of discretion and confidentiality
* Ability to occasionally travel in support of operations
* This position will sit in Palm Beach, FL.
* Industry experience is preferred.
