Job Responsibilities:
Golder Associates Inc. is seeking a Human Resources Administrator to join our North American Human Resources Team. This position will be based in our Atlanta, GA office (located in the Chamblee-Tucker area) and provide HR administrative support across North America. This is a support role providing exemplary customer service to an internal client base which requires balancing multiple and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment in order to fulfill business needs.

The HR Administrator will report directly to the National HR Leader and provide comprehensive and exemplary HR service to managers and staff within the organization. This position will perform a wide variety of HR duties such as, but not limited to, the following:
* Assist more senior HR professionals to coordinate and administer a variety of programs and activities covering multiple HR activities;
* Provide HR advice and support to line managers and employees, explaining procedures and policies in a timely and effective manner;
* Enter and maintain employee records in HCMS/HRIS so that information is accurate and secure;
* Provide data for and prepare management information reports and documents;
* Support and coordinate various components of HR related programs;
* Perform various other related duties as required.

Job Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in HR or related field;
* Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience involving progressive responsibility;
* Working knowledge of federal and state employment laws;
* Excellent oral and written communication skills with high level of responsiveness and accountability to internal clients;
* Able to exercise effective judgment, sensitivity, creativity to changing needs and situations.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
* Possess high level of organization skills with the ability to prioritize projects;

Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working for a national or multi-state employer in a professional services environment;
* HR Certification (or working towards and able to sit for exam within approximately one year).
