Job Responsibilities:
Golder Associates is currently seeking a Project Coordinator to join our team in Atlanta, GA. In this role you will contribute to the successful management of large civil and environmental projects by providing logistical, cost management, resource allocation, scheduling, and administrative support to project teams. The projects will generally involve compliance, permitting, field investigations, design, construction, remedy implementation and/or O&M of environmentally sensitive facilities regulated under RCRA, CERCLA and other regulatory agencies. You will be generally responsible for document control, resource coordination, scheduling, project billing and logistic project control, and will report to the Project Manager and/or Task Leader as required by specific projects.

Typical responsibilities include:
* Participate in a team environment; work closely with the Project/Task Manager and other project team members to coordinate work, QA/QC reviews, schedules, and deadlines;
* Support the project team in engaging, managing, and coordinating subcontractors (drillers, analytical laboratories, surveyors);
* Manage the project documentation according to the company's Integrated Management System (GAIMS);
* Provide technical/logistic support during report preparation as needed or required by the project team;
* Review subcontractor invoices for reconciliation and compliance with contract rates and terms and conditions;
* Coordinate with the various discipline and task leaders to gather information to develop status reports that include budgets, expenses, invoicing, accounting, and others various project management indicators; and
* Take a leading role in the monthly billing and invoicing.

Job Requirements:
Our ideal candidate will possess the following skills and attributes:
* University degree in Project Management, preferably with an environmental/engineering project background;
* Minimum of 5 years related experience;
* Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented;
* Strong interpersonal, communication, and keen judgment skills.
