Job Description

Summary

  • Our Application Infrastructure Engineer works with our internal IT department ensuring system availability and stability by administering and maintaining our critical business systems.

Job Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and manage our critical business
  • Planning, analysis, coordination, support and maintenance of the client ERP/CRM platforms
  • Work between IT and Business Operations teams on improving and evolving implementation and support for test/dev and production environments
  • Install, configure, and deploy and upgrade Microsoft Dynamics CRM, NAV, Tableau, SQL and required technologies in support of the applications.
  • Performing technical troubleshooting covering data migrations, interoperability, Middleware, performance and product related issues
  • Install applications and configure environments for use in development, testing and production
  • Review software upgrades and patching and complete deployment testing
  • Must be able to work in a team atmosphere on a variety of projects assisting with setting and meeting deadlines
  • Effectively using company tools and processes to document business systems including but not limited to technical infrastructure, problem reports, troubleshooting steps and processes and resolution steps reported issues
  • MS SQL tuning, maintenance, upgrades and patching & troubleshooting
  • Work collaboratively with end-users to troubleshoot and resolve issues with Dynamics CRM, NAV and other business systems
  • Provide guidance to development leads for system changes and enhancements
  • Perform research on technologies and approaches critical to the overall system architecture
  • Perform application administrator functions such as user profile management, permissions, data rules, activation of new features, licenses and storage capacity
  • Monitor and maintain CRM integrations including technical troubleshooting of APIs and source/target integration points
  • Identify continuous improvement opportunities for assigned systems and processes

Qualifications

  • Microsoft CRM, NAV, Tableau
  • SQL Server 2012, 2014 & 2016
  • Experience building and supporting AlwaysOn Clustering
  • IIS Administration
  • Microsoft AD & ADFS
  • BS or BA in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 4 years of experience directly supporting Dynamics CRM for a Sales and Service organization
  • Experience with enterprise ERP systems
