Position: Human Resources Assistant

The Human Resources Assistant will support the general administrative functions within the Human Resources Department-including all aspects of employee on-boarding and benefits administration. The position requires superior organizational and interpersonal skills. The Human Resources Assistant position requires an individual who will maintain confidentiality of information and who exercises good judgment and discretion in handling and disseminating information.

Position Description:

  • Full-Time
  • Maintain HR records and employee files;

  • Process new employee onboarding and benefits administration;

  • Provide accurate information and excellent customer service to employees, agencies and management; and

  • Assist with daily activities/responsibilities within a busy HR department.

Position Requirements:

  • Computer proficiency, including MS Excel and MS Word;

  • 2-3 years Human Resource or Payroll Experience preferred;

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;

  • Excellent organizational skills;

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize;

  • College degree preferred;

  • Experience with ADP WorkForce Now or other HRIS system a plus.
