SUMMARY

* Responsible for Global wafer (Silicon) planning across the manufacturing sites worldwide. Collaborate across multiple geographic sites to consolidate the silicon demand statement, by technology and wafer part number, with the end goal to deliver an accurate monthly demand statement to the procurement organization monthly for a 24mth horizon. Capturing unique requirements & restrictions. Incorporating opportunities and risks.
* Balance supply continuity while managing inventory levels to target - weekly & monthly for a 24mth horizon.
* Responsible for demand & supply management tactically & strategically & business system data input and integrity
* Recommend & develop system and process changes for demand & supply planning to enable efficiency & productivity

Operational Planning

* Collect & process customer forecast data, analyze & monitor consumption versus forecast, reflecting available inventory, delivery plans and defined planning parameters
* Collaborate with partner organizations to manage forecasts, supply & inventory levels
* Develop & manage inventory levels to target - including the optimization of inventory for supply continuity & meet target inventory levels. Manage the impacts of quality issues on supply and inventory levels.
* Timely communication of overages & shortages, highlighting potential supply issues & inventory to stakeholders

Business system data management and integrity

* Create & maintain global part numbers listing, including fab technologies, customer restrictions, fab restrictions, quality conditions in enterprise wide systems

* Analyzes and judge inventory levels and demand to determine planning parameters to ensure product availability and minimize inventory costs
* Manage dashboard metrics for reporting including, supply/demand, inventory
* Support BIC methodology for Inventory targets across the global parts

* Drive & support process alignment across geographic locations

* Identifies room for improvement in processes and make recommendations for solutions; optimizing logistical demand & processes.

Education

* University degree, college degree or equivalent education in an economic area with distinctive interest into the technical field or a university degree, college degree or equivalent education in a technical area along with solid business knowledge and skills
* Excellent Data Management and Data analysis skills, high scale

Experience

* 3-5years of working experience in the relevant area, specifically within semiconductor, automotive, aerospace medical or other high-tech company
* Good knowledge of Business Economics, Supply Management; demand management, Procurement and/or Logistics
* Good English language skills, verbal & written
* Excellent MSOffice- (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP System Skills (SAP or Oracle)
* Professional regarding supply chain and planning especially in a manufacturing environment
* Demand Management, Supply Management, Procurement or Logistics Experience
* Oracle System skills
* Very Good Excel skills, ideally including macro and VBA programming skills
* Program management skills
* Megotiation skills
* International working experience or experience working in international companies
* PowerBI Experience
* IPS Experience
