GLOBALFOUNDRIES is looking for an Intern/CO-OP Junior Recruiter to support our high volume Talent Acquisition team. Junior Recruiter responsibilities include posting job ads, completing initial screenings and scheduling interviews. If you're enthusiastic about the recruiting world, tech-savvy, and an excellent communicator, we'd like to meet you!

Essential Responsibilities:

* Post job ads on professional sites, community boards, and social media.

* Candidate sourcing

* Schedule calls and interviews

* Manage calendar for all hiring teams and candidates

* Communicate with candidates promptly and assist them when they come in for interviews.

* Ability to track candidates through ATS system.

* Onboarding responsibilities

* Participate in recruiting events

* Promote positive candidate experience throughout hiring process

* Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.

Required Qualifications:

* High School Diploma/GED required. Must have completed first year in a degree program, ideally with a focus in Human Resources, Communications, Business or relevant field.

* Tech Savvy

* Excellent Communication Skills

* Ability to communicate with all levels of the business

* Language Fluency - English (Written & Verbal

* Travel - Minimal

Preferred Qualifications:

* 1 -2 years of work experience in recruiting

* Familiar with Taleo or other ATS system.
