Purpose & Objective of Position

Assist with high level business operations support and day to day executive and administrative tasks. Must be willing to learn and have a proven track record at problem solving. High comfort level with harnessing, interpreting, and presenting data. Involvement in the development of presentations, completion of expense reports, and general meeting organization and facilitation. Ability to own planning of leadership and team member events (both on and off site).

Expectations & Tasks

* Assist in planning company events, meetings, and employee team building activities or special projects
* Help data analysis and prepare reports and presentations
* Arrange schedules for meeting space and conference rooms
* Assist with booking travel and completing expense reports
* Prepare information and complete research for executive needs

Educational Requirements

* Requires candidates to currently be enrolled in an undergraduate, Masters, MBA or PhD degree program which is applicable to the position.
* Business Administration, Business Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting and Communications related courses preferred.
