Job Description

The George T. Sanders Company is a large family-owned supplier in Colorado specializing plumbing, heating and air-conditioning. We have grown exponentially every year and we are not slowing down any time soon. We are one of the top independent suppliers of plumbing heating and air-conditioning supplies in Colorado, along with extensive kitchen and bath showroom line. We have three showroom locations on the Front Range along with a local administrative office, 18 branches and 2 distribution centers. We are currently looking to hire an inside sales associate to help serve our Greeley location. Our inside sales associates are consultants that demonstrate a good understanding of the plumbing, heating and air conditioning industry. Inside sales associates are responsible for providing products and materials to our contractor's in and accurate and professional approach. HVAC experience is a plus.

An Inside Sales Representative will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.

Inside Sales Representative Responsibilities

• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails

• Understand customer needs and requirements

• Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure

• Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas

• Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest

• Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory

• Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals

• Perform effective online demos to prospects
