Job Description

Manage daily and long range planning / scheduling and support commercial team in quoting and managing of parts
Work with management in scheduling of components with vendors and suppliers
Manage daily and long range scheduling while maintaining productivity cost controls
Complete and maintain quarterly production charts and report out on a weekly basis the expected billing for the quarter
Maintain engineering schedule and assist in improving the planning process
Maintain schedules with summary reports immediately available
Plan and schedule Design Reviews for the product lines
Track product development processes
Monitor and ensure inventory accuracy within various locations and warehouses
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or high school diploma/GED and at least 4 years experience working in a manufacturing environment)
At least 1 additional year of experience in scheduling, planning or project management


ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Posessunrestricted authorization to work in the United States

Ability to work well in a team environment and to perform under pressure / against tight deadlines
Ability to manage multiple projects at a time in order to meet delivery deadlines
Six Sigma training is preferred
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Strong organizational skills
