About Geis Companies

The Geis Companies, thru Geis Property Services, leases space throughout Northeast Ohio. This includes the cities of Brunswick, Parma, Twinsburg, Macedonia, Streetsboro, Oakwood Village, Stow and Streetsboro. Lease properties available range from 3,000 square foot units to build to suit. If you are looking to relocate to northeast Ohio we have all the options. Parma Commerce Center is centrally located in Cuyahoga County just minutes from I-480. This new industrial park consists of 90 acres of land and all infrastructure has just recently been installed. Two multi-tenant buildings were completed in the Spring of 2000 totaling 250,000 square feet. Parma Commerce Center is also located within an Enterprise Zone and Community Reinvestment Area (CRA) which affords incentives for companies to relocate their business into a first class industrial park with Protective Covenants to ensure quality and consistency of development. The Brunswick Industrial Park is conveniently located between Medina and Cleveland, right off Interstate 71. This 65 acre tract of industrially zoned property is suited for Corporate Headquarters, light manufacturing and distribution centers. The Brunswick Industrial Park also offers tax incentives through the Brunswick Rural Enterprise Zone, Brunswick Community Reinvestment Areas, Ohio Enterprise Bond Zone and Ohio Pooled Bond Program. Should the east side of Cleveland or northern Summit County better suit your needs, locations in our newly constructed Broad Oak Business Park, located in Oakwood Village could be the perfect choice. Located minutes off Rt. 271, Oakwood Village is almost equal distance from Cleveland or Akron. There are several multi-tenant buildings located in Twinsburg and Macedonia. The leasing options here range from multi-tenant spaces of 3,000 square feet to 100,000+ square foot facilities, and once again the interstate highway system offers access in all directions form Pittsburg, Buffalo, Toledo or Cincinnati. Locations in the city of Streetsboro offer excellent options if your needs are build to suit, retail, industrial or commercial. This park offers flexibility & uniquely larger sites for companies requiring above average greenfield locations. Located less than a mile from the Ohio Turnpike this makes Streetsboro the ideal location. Our newest location in Stow, Ohio is in the center of Summit County and is convenient for businesses in Hudson, Cuyahoga Falls, and other greater Akron suburbs. The Geis Companies have been in the build to suit side of development in Northeast Ohio since 1967 and the leasing options that we offer are second to none in the area. If you anticipate future growth we are here to work with you on those leasing needs by addressing both current and future requirements.
