Auto Damage Management Development Program - Los Angeles & Orange County, CA

Currently recruiting for the following territories:

* Anaheim/Fullerton/Stanton/Brea
* Santa Ana/Orange/Tustin
* Rancho Cucamonga/Ontario
* Valencia/San Fernando Valley

Starting salary: $50,000-51,000 annualized. Promotional opportunities following successful completion of the program earn a starting salary of $80,000+

Right now, we're looking for future business leaders for our Auto Damage Management Development Program to start a GEICO career in the Los Angeles and Orange County Area, CA. Through this fast-track management training program, you will be prepared to quickly move into a management position at GEICO as you grow both professionally and personally.

* Participate in industry-leading training in Auto Damage
* Participate in a comprehensive supervisor preparation curriculum, development seminars and forums

* Lead a small team to prepare you for upward mobility and professional growth

Candidate qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business or a related field
* A minimum 3.0 cumulative undergraduate GPA is required; you will be asked to provide unofficial transcripts with GPA to be considered for this position.
* Must be open to relocation within the state of CA after completion of the first 15 months of the program. Relocation assistance may be offered.
* Demonstrated leadership experience at work, on campus, and/or within the community with highly effective communication and presentation skills
* Solid computer, analytical and problem-solving skills
* Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational, time management and decision-making skills

The Auto Damage Management Development Program requires the candidates to hold and have held a valid driver's license compliant with company underwriting standards for a minimum of three years, and to maintain applicable state and federal certifications and permits.
