What you will do:

Combine your passion for business development with an authentic work experience at one of the most prestigious organizations in the world. At Gallup, you're more than just an intern. You're a valuable part of a real team, pursuing real client deals and generating real business profit.

In this role, you will call prospects; connect with established leads; create sales strategies; develop partnerships; sell seats to Gallup's global courses and workshops; and respond to inbound inquires via phone, email and other marketing channels (e.g., social media). Working with the brightest and most engaged salespeople, you'll learn the consultative sales process while gaining the valuable hands-on experience you need to develop your sales career.

This is a paid summer internship spanning 12 weeks. You will work approximately 40 hours per week at our Riverfront Campus in Omaha, Nebraska. Applications are due by December 16, 2019. Early applications are strongly encouraged for priority consideration.

What you need:

* Must be enrolled in an undergraduate program at the junior level status
* Experience in sales, fundraising, recruitment or entrepreneurial efforts
* Track record of outstanding performance in education, activities and previous work experiences
* Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
