Community Manager

Seeking a full-time, skilled & highly motivated Community Manager to provide excellent service to our Woodmere Apartments of Venice Apartment Community (272 units) in Venice, FL.

The Community Manager performs day-to-day management/operations including: resident relations, marketing, facility/personnel management, sales/leasing & other duties. Excellent customer service, communication, the ability to provide positive team leadership & problem-solving skills are essential. An ideal candidate will have:

- High school diploma/GED with 3 years of comparable onsite property management experience of similar size or an Associate Degree in sales/marketing/ related field plus 2 years of on-site property management experience of similar size.
- Property Management Certification & current knowledge of applicable housing laws & leasing agreements preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience with successful track record of accomplishments & positive team leadership & collaboration.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience providing excellent customer service.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office and property management products.
- Ability to interpret accounting and/or financial information preferred.
- Ability to communicate positively and effectively with others.
- Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced, customer service environment.
- Ability to collaborate, and/or make independent decisions & effectively solve problems.

Compensation plan includes base wage & excellent bonus potential. A Comprehensive benefit package is available.
