Position Summary:

The Outbound Sales Support team provides outreach support regarding benefit products on behalf of various professional associations who are clients of Gallagher. We do this through outbound calls to members, educating them on association benefits available to them, with an additional emphasis on retention around member benefit use. We do this through a targeted series of outbound calls to Association Members.

Essential Duties:

* Responsible for servicing of new and existing clients in regard to association benefits available to them.

* Provide information on association benefits available to members.

* Support outbound calls to members, send emails, and perform account maintenance and account creation functions.

* Outbound calling, and email correspondence to association members regarding their benefits.

* Follow up with association members to obtain feedback regarding their benefits.


* High school diploma
* Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
* Strong typing and basic computer skills


* Working knowledge of MS systems, i.e., MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Outlook and MS Word
* Outbound or cold calling experience
* Customer retention experience
* Sales experience

U.S. Eligibility Requirements:

* Must be willing to execute Gallagher's Employee Agreement or Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement, which require, among other things, post-employment obligations relating to non-solicitation, confidentiality and non-disclosure
