Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

* Formulates and defines systems scope and objectives through research and fact-finding combined with an understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements under general supervision.
* Develops or modifies moderately complex information systems.
* Guides and advises less-experienced Business Analysts.
* Analyzes business processes, identifies process deficiencies, researches solutions and plans and coordinates the remediation of these deficiencies.
* Assist with the design and implementation of operational and system enhancements to ensure production capabilities are both effective and efficient.
* As appropriate, writes and validates business requirements and conducts system tests.

Required:

* Bachelors Degree
* 3 or more years related experience required

Desired:

* Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or related field

Work Characteristics:

* Strong analytical skills
* Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to interpret customer needs and translate them into application or operational requirements
* Strong organizational skills and ability to participate in multiple projects simultaneously



U.S. Eligibility Requirements:

* Must be willing to execute Gallagher's Employee Agreement or Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement, which require, among other things, post-employment obligations relating to non-solicitation, confidentiality and non-disclosure
