Job Introduction:

The world's leading private security organization, G4S, has an immediate job opportunity for an Intelligence Analyst. As an Intelligence Analyst, you will conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis and research of sensitive, proprietary, non-proprietary, and open source information to blend single source intelligence into comprehensive threat/security assessments. These assessments will provide the team and employees with real-time intelligence on natural disasters, fires, terrorist incidents, civil unrest, transportation disruptions, and other incidents which have the potential to impact global business continuity as it pertains to security, travel safety, logistics, or local operations. The Analyst will initiate intelligence reporting of all events deemed significant within a specified period of time, focusing primarily on proactive analysis and prevention. This position will provide information that will be used by client and G4S Managers to make decisions regarding preventative measures, real-time response, as well as produce required reports and assessments as needed and upon client request. This position requires the ability to work flexible schedules (shift work) as directed.

This is not a remote position; the ideal candidate MUST reside in or within close commuting distance of the Jupiter, Florida area.

Role Responsibility:

Specific Duties and Essential Functions

* Conduct correlation, trending analysis and benchmarking of facilities using statistical data harvested in G4S incident and case management platform Risk 360. Correlate related data and produce strategic level consumable finished intelligence products summaries, and populate various databases, in the areas of risk, threats, business intelligence, travel, etc.
* Provide regular concise reporting on risk-based findings identified in G4S incident and case management platform Risk 360
* Integrate Risk 360 data with external data collected through situational awareness platforms and provide timely actionable intelligence and reporting to support operations and clients
* Identify and communicate daily all critical items requiring the attention of management and coordinate with Risk Operations team to provide necessary documentation in support of client needs
* Adeptly identify and evaluate sources of information for validity and relevance to reduce uncertainty and fill intelligence gaps
* Anticipate changing security needs by keeping abreast of emerging trends and threat intelligence
* Constantly evaluate established standards and emerging threats to ensure adequate protection of company assets.
* Write concise and accurate intelligence threat assessment reports
* Collaborate and liaise with both G4S and client staff to collate the essential elements of intelligence to develop and provide a comprehensive view of the whole risk, threat or business landscape
* Proof-read briefings, white papers, executive summaries, attend meetings and perform other tasks that communicate and execute plans for the Operations Center Supervisor
* Perform other intelligence related duties as assigned
* Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members

The Ideal Candidate:

Education, Licenses and Certifications Required

* Bachelor's degree in intelligence studies, journalism, criminology, political science, international studies, national security, history, applied statistics, data analytics, computer science or any other related major
* Must possess, or be able to obtain and maintain, any/all licenses, certifications, certificates required by law

Type and Length of Specific Experience Required

* Must possess a minimum of 5 years of intelligence experience in a military, government or corporate security environment

Skills Required

* Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office
* Effective oral and written communication skills
* Active listening skills
* Ability to assess and evaluate situations effectively
* Ability to identify critical issues quickly and accurately
* Attention to detail


* Must be at least 18 years old or the minimum age required by the state, if higher
* Must be a U.S. citizen or a foreign citizen authorized to legally work in the United States
* Must be able to demonstrate superior written and verbal communication skills in English
* Must have proven experience with Microsoft Office and Windows based software applications
* Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
* Must be able to provide, upon job offer, a DD214 discharge document with discharge status indicated, if prior military

Physical Requirements and Environment

Environment: Office/Control Center; minimal to no exposure to extreme temperatures is expected.

Major activity: Working on PC and using telephone/radio while sitting or standing

Physical efforts to carry out job duties: Limited, to include some standing, bending, limited stretching and reaching.
