Job Description

The client advocate provides guidance and instruction to foster emotional, physical and mental growth of clients of Safe Haven Programs through therapeutic intervention and positive role modelling. Organizes and facilitates weekly activities for residents. Assist clients in day-to-day living activities adhering to established regulations, guidelines and standards. Participates in creating and maintaining a low demand, low expectation environment that provides support and direction to clients in a manner that is non-threatening and non-judgmental.

Qualifications: Interested candidates must possess a high school diploma with a minimum of two years experience with homeless and/or mentally disabled population.Valid driver's license with less than six points, proof of insurance along with operational vehicle, required.

Varied Schedule including weekends and some holidays
