Job Description


Perform a variety of tasks under direct supervision. Second practicum Masters level students may be able to provide client care under direct supervision.


Education: High School Diploma, BS Degree or MS Degree

Licensure: N/A

Certification: N/A

Experience: Experience appropriate to current degree or degree in process.

Knowledge/Skills: Knowledge and skills appropriate to current degree or degree in process.


* Maintain daily appointment schedules, type and distribute correspondence, memorandums, reports and grant applications.
* Creates graphics for various reports (outcomes reports, monthly report card, incident reports, etc.)
* Handles office telephone calls.
* Responsible for generating and distribution of in-house reports.
* Maintain physician schedules for all outpatient sites.
* Maintain monthly case management insurance/vehicle list.
* Perform other related duties such as greeting visitors, correspondence with outside groups, agencies and individuals.
* Attend and participate in regularly scheduled staff meetings and inservices and individual program planning staffings as needed.
* All other duties as assigned.
