Department Description
Microcontrollers Information Development team is responsible for generating and publishing MCU, Connectivity, and Applications Processors technical documents for all markets served by the business. This includes content development for all SoC documents and IP block guides, ownership of the necessary software, tools, and board documents as well as publication of customer documentation to the web. The Information Development team is also responsible for driving alignment of methods, tools, and processes across business lines.

Job Description
Highly technical applications engineering function where the primary deliverable is in the form of technical documentation. This requires working closely with R&D to resolve issues in the design specifications and produce supplementary material for customers. Your specific responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

Responsibilities

Ensure that product documentation is produced and published in a timely manner and adheres to company style guidelines and standards of accuracy, readability, usefulness, consistency and organization

Assist engineers in preparing highly technical documentation for publication

Understand the technical aspects of our products and create documents that help internal and external customers to find solutions to their problems quickly

Work to standardized processes and workflows in cross-functional team environment

Use content management system for archive/retrieval of collateral
