SUMMARY

Freeman is seeking an experienced Supervisor- Operations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Plans labor and equipment, job assignments for labor, hours of operation, paperwork procedures, timekeeping and job cost for assigned events.
* Supervise labor at show site by assigning qualified personnel to perform work.
* Supervise operation to ensure a safe work environment.
* Assist with the training of labor.
* Communicate with stakeholders on move in and move out schedule of each show.
* Follow all facility rules and regulations.
* Coordinate with warehouse to move materials to and from show site.
* Determine and request equipment, tools and labor required to produce show.
* Plan and monitor labor and equipment costs.
* Conduct safety and service meetings at show site at the beginning of every shift.
* Project labor and analyze labor budgeted.
* Produce accurate payroll forms or timekeeping system for labor worked on shows.
* Complete post event recap.
* Perform other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION

* High School Diploma or GED

REQUIREMENTS

* College Degree Preferred. High School Diploma or GED required.
* Two or more years of industry experience preferred.
* Two or more years of supervisory experience preferred.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to communicate with all levels in the organization.
* Ability to work in a fast paced, stressful, and time-sensitive environment.
