Job Description

Child Welfare Caseworker

Franklin County Children Services (FCCS) is seeking highly motivated individuals to become child welfare casework professionals to support our core mission of protecting children by strengthening families. Child welfare caseworkers receive intensive support, training and coaching to prepare for this critical role. Successful applicants must have strong written and verbal communication skills, thrive in a fast paced environment and value the diversity offered by a major metropolitan community.

Interested applicants should have a bachelor's degree in social work or related degree or a master's degree in social work or related degree.

Salary and benefits packages include the following:

Child welfare caseworker: Salary depending on education and experience

Benefits package totaling over $20,000 including:
