Four Seasons Resort and Residences Jackson Hole is looking for a student with an interest in the Spa industry who is dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests. The Spa internship consists of primarily assisting with the roles of the Spa Attendant. Opportunities such as getting on overview of the Receptionist position, learning how to schedule, and assisting in budgeting will be available as a part of the internship.

Responsibilities

* Responsible for booking treatments, greeting guests and ensuring guests have an exceptional experience.
* Responsible for ensuring the Spa locker rooms are well maintained and that the guests' experience is flawless.
* Assisting the Spa team with daily tasks, including but not limited to stocking the spa, directing guests, and maintaining overall cleanliness.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

* Must be willing to work a flexible schedule in order to accomplish all major responsibilities. This may include some evenings, weekends and holidays.
* Candidates must have excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
* This position requires the ability to lift up to 40lb
* Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States
* Must be willing to assist in other areas of the Spa as needed
* Successful candidate should have strong interest in not only the Hospitality industry, but also the Spa.

Internship Qualifications and Skills

To be considered for this Internship, an individual must meet the following criteria-

* Must be currently enrolled at a University, College, or Community College
* Prior Hospitality experience preferred
* Studying in the Hospitality field or a related field preferred
* Must be available from Mid May 2019 until August/ September 2019 (Dependent on school schedule)

Additional Internship Responsibilities

* Attend Bi Weekly Intern Meetings
* Maintain a weekly journal of progress
* Attend assigned Management meetings
* Job Shadow in other departments
* Work a flexible schedule, 30 - 40+ hours per week
