Job Description

The Sales Operations Intern will report to the Manager of Sales Operations. The Sales Operations Team is responsible for improving sales efficiency, productivity and processes by partnering with various teams and implementing best practices through research and analysis. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT and the Business Applications team to insure that all data for forecasting and reporting for the sales team is high quality, consistent and accurate. You will be responsible for creating, analyzing and presenting insightful and actionable intelligence on Industrial Scientific's sales activities.

What you'll do:

* Generates SaaS metric reporting on ACV, TCV, CLTV, Renewal Rate, & Churn Rate

* Creates customized reports and dashboards in Salesforce.com for District Reps, District Managers and Sales Directors

* Analyses data and presents key finding presentations with charts and graphs on account, opportunity, contact, and instrument data

* Builds and maintains sales territory maps

* Architects account hierarchies for partners and customers

* Assists in the sales forecasting process

* Performs ad-hoc analysis and brings actionable insights to sales

* Ensures data in Salesforce.com is accurate and well maintained

What we're looking for:

* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

* Strong written, communication, and presenting skills

* Ability to multi-task and open to taking on a variety of different types of tasks

* Ability to identify deficiencies within a department and recommend improvements

* Experience with Salesforce.com and Oracle

Academic Requirements:

* Must be currently attending a four year university

* Pursuing a Bachelors in sales, finance, business administration, or marketing is preferred

* Minimum 3.0 GPA
