Job Description

As a Product Marketing Manager on our Electrical Calibration Marketing team you will establish and execute growth strategies for the DC/LF and RF calibration portfolio, working collaboratively with engineering, sales, product innovation, and digital marketing teams.

Primary Responsibilities:

* Provide marketing direction and strategy for multiple product families
* Assure effective support of sales through creating marketing tools used by sales e.g. demo instruction and tool development, functional demonstrations, and telephone consultation.
* Maintain expertise on products and technologies through training and research, and through knowledge bases and other knowledge-sharing tools develops direct reports' capacity to achieve expected marketing results.
* Contribute to development of product specifications and requirements.
* Guide direct report teams to effectively interact with engineering, product management, product planning/marketing-engineering and customers to provide input at product review meetings and sales presentations. Create, implement and manage product marketing and communications campaigns
* Collaborate with appropriate cross functional teams to achieve revenue goals on assigned products/product lines.
* Technical undergraduate degree (BSEE Preferred)
* 4 years of related experience in technical product management
* MBA preferred
* Ability to think strategically by identifying and analyzing consumer and market insights and translating these into effective strategies
* Experience driving revenue growth through innovation and effective product life cycle management
* Experience in working effectively across all levels of an organization
* Proven ability to create and own a marketing strategy from concept to creation to execution
* Demonstrated ability to enhance the competency and skill base of the organization through developing the existing team
