About This Role:

The Events Associate is part of the US events logistics team and reports to the director of US event operations. The candidate for the position must be a fast-paced, motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused individual.


* Manage various components of event operations, which may include catering, meeting room specifications, audio-visual tools, internet, signage, registration, website updates, mobile app coordination, agendas, special events, and VIP travel needs.
* Facilitate analysts' one-on-one meetings and roundtable sessions at events, ensuring accurate information is listed on the website and in the scheduling tool.
* Handle event materials, such as lanyards, badges, tent cards, and décor items.
* Coordinate sponsor fulfillment needs, including sessions, attendee messaging, scanning, registration codes, and other needs.
* Travel to events to interact with clients and provide top-notch customer service, while overseeing sponsor lead retrieval, meeting coordination, and the mobile app.
* Review processes for improvements and assist with new initiatives as needed.


* A BA/BS degree and a strong academic record with varied undergraduate work experience.
* A minimum of one to two years of professional experience, preferably related to live events.
* A detail-oriented approach and excellent organization and prioritization skills.
* Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
* The ability to work independently and as a valued and contributing member of a team.
* The ability to work on multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
* Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, HTML, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
* The ability to travel to North American forums.
