Customer Service Representative

Join a growing and progressive global valve manufacturer in the Industrial/Municipal, Plumbing, Water and Wastewater markets.



  • Seeking a motivated, well-organized and goal-oriented individual with excellent verbal/written communication skills.
  • Need to initiate and stimulate cooperation within a team, coordination and time management.
  • Ability to problem solve, working with others to reach a resolution, anticipate, and react effectively to customer challenges.

Requirements and Benefits:

  • Our team of experts are very excited to recruit a positive, highly motivated, and energetic individual to our team.
  • A High School diploma or general educational development equivalent is required,  plus 4 years of Customer Service experience and data entry required.
  • Advanced skills in MS Word, MS Excel, Windows and data entry.
