Job Description

Flaming River Industries, Inc., an ISO 9001 accredited Specialty Parts Manufacturer, is looking for the right person to join our team. We have an opening for a highly-organized, detail-oriented administrative assistant. This is a full time position (8:30-5) with benefits - health insurance, 401k and vacation.

Position involves coordinating schedules, customer service, processing customer orders, back up for EDI functions and occasional mail/merge functions for marketing. Coordinating office activities as needed to meet customer requests. Opportunity for growth based on initiative and ability.

Skills required:

  • Must be organized with attention to detail using strong Outlook skills for tracking deadlines
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office: Word, Excel and Outlook required
  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM Experience preferred but not required. Also, Access or Crystal Reports Experience a Plus.
  • Experience with ERP/MRP Suite preferred - Syspro or equivalent.
  • The ability to pick up new software and assist with projects as needed.
  • Customer service skills to track package and assist customer inquiries.
