Position Description

We are hiring for multiple Loan Document Specialists:
Exceptions
Consumer Booking & Review
Commercial Booking

Responsible for the daily workflow within the department, which may include creation, review or servicing of loan documentation. Ensure that all work has been completed and departmental service levels have been met. Analyze and recommend changes to systems and operational procedures that will improve the delivery of service. Resolve any problems, issues or questions, both verbally and in writing, to ensure customer satisfaction and to maintain productive relationships with other bank departments. Comply with bank policies and federal, state and other governmental rules and regulations for multiple banks in multiple states.

Note: This position can be filled as a level I or II depending on the selected candidate's skills and work experience.

Position Requirements

Basic Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED with a minimum of 1 year lending and loan operations experience.

Additional Requirements:
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet Browser.
Working knowledge of retail and business, real estate and non-real estate loan types.
Working knowledge of applicable federal and state regulations in a multistate environment.
Knowledge of LaserPro Lending, loan tracking software, general mainframe applications, and underwriting software applications.
Ability to exercise good judgment and to work with considerable time pressure and high customer impact.
Ability to communicate effectively in oral and written communications.
Attention to detail and the ability to perform in a demanding production environment.
