Position Description

This position will perform business and system analysis for Credit Card products as a liaison between Program/Product Managers, IT, 3rd party vendors, and key internal stakeholders. Serve as a thought-leader and consultant for the business and leads all aspects of requirements analysis, traceability and testing for enhancements and projects that are small, medium or large in size and/or complexity while supporting those functions for large cross-functional or enterprise-wide initiatives. Assist team with strategy execution. Track product and channel adoption and usage statistics. Provide operational updates to Program/Product Managers regularly. Perform day-to-day operational support for Credit Card and be the first line of escalation for the organization. Escalate issues to IT and/or 3rd party vendors, when appropriate. Mentor other analysts as needed.

Position Requirements

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with minimum of 6 years financial services or IT experience
High school diploma or GED with a minimum of 8 years financial services or IT experience

- Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
- Ability to quickly make informed decisions and apply sound business judgment
- Ability to manage new tasks, assignments and solutions through multiple business analysts

Other Preferred Qualifications:
-Possesses an understanding of the internet, web application development and system design
-Lean Six Sigma experience or certification
-Financial and/or Accounting experience
