A successful Branch Service Supervisor leads the branch to success by building a professional environment whereby employees can learn, grow, and prosper as contributing members of a winning team. This position will be responsible for monitoring the operational soundness of the branch while delivering exceptional customer service at all times.

What you'll do:

- Manage teller branch staff performance to maximize employee morale and tenure and operational accuracy and efficiency:
- Effectively manage branch operations and ensure that all activities are aligned with all internal organizational and regulatory requirements and are in support of risk management for the customer and the organization:
- Conduct Teller transactions
- Schedule and assign branch staff to ensure adequate coverage and performance of various operational functions; review staff performance and goal attainment; oversee performance evaluation process by formally documenting and communicating individual performance annually.
- Train staff in technical duties, security procedures, product knowledge, and banking policies and procedures.
- Deliver outstanding customer service through problem resolution, education, and guidance to new and existing customers.
- Conduct needs-based consultative sales discussions at the teller line to introduce and cross-sell Guaranty Bank's products, services, and promotions.
- Respond to inquiries promptly and effectively; provide customer coaching and education where necessary, particularly in cases concerning escalated customer concerns.
- Strengthen client relationships by successfully executing all services and referring bank products through daily sales activities and branch sales promotions.
- Serve as resource for team members, providing guidance and information on employee questions, concerns, and training material.
- Adhere to operational controls, including legal, corporate, and regulatory procedures to ensure the safety and security of the customer and organization.

Position Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- Two years of sales and supervisory experience
- Experience with coaching and developing employees to meet and exceed individual/team goals.
