Position Description

The Client Services Specialist - Trust Middle Office (CSS-TMO) will partner with front office sales and service teams to provide high quality and timely services including account set-up, asset transfers, account maintenance, account transactions, and other projects and processes as needed while ensuring internal and regulatory control requirements are met at all times.
Principal Accountabilities:
As assigned, complete accurate account set-up, asset transfers, account maintenance, and other Middle Office processing.
Provide back up to other Middle Office associates and cross train on each Middle Office desk. Maintain current desk procedures at all times.
Assist with special projects as assigned, proactively seek process improvements and share with management.

Position Requirements

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Trust Management or similar field
High School Diploma or GED with minimum of 4 years of Trust, Financial Services, or Financial Operations experience or one year experience in FCB Trust.
Advanced Computer Skills - Excel, PowerPoint, Word
Strong Communication Skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work well independently and in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in Trust Operations, Trust Account Administration, or similar field
Accurate and detail oriented
Organized, deadline driven, and efficient
Takes initiative
Analytical and problem solver
