Position Description

Supervisory and leadership responsibility of assigned Loss Prevention Analysts and Senior Analysts for multiple payment channels. Responsibilities include coaching, performance reviews and proper coverage of assigned functional areas.

Position Requirements

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor degree with a minimum of 4 years bank operations experience including a background in branch operations, bank loss prevention, or a Teller Supervisor position, including at least 1 year direct supervision of others or serving in a leadership capacity.
-OR-
Associate degree with a minimum of 6 years bank operations experience including a background in branch operations, bank loss prevention, or a Teller Supervisor position, including at least 1 year direct supervision of others or serving in a leadership capacity.
-OR-
High school diploma or GED with a minimum of 8 years bank operations experience including a background in branch operations, bank loss prevention, or a Teller Supervisor position, including at least 1 year direct supervision of others or serving in a leadership capacity.

Additional Requirements:
Ability to act in a backup capacity for his/her manager.
ACH certification or equivalent experience working with ACH credit & debit origination.
Extensive Microsoft office application skills and database management skills.
Excellent written, oral and presentation skills including the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.
Ability to fully scope complex problems and to take immediate action to minimize risks.
Thorough knowledge of regulations, laws and bank operations related to all delivery channels.
Requires strong self-motivation, ability to learn continuously and quickly adapt to change.

Bachelor degree.
