Position Description

Responsible for managing a portfolio of problem SBA/business/commercial relationships. Evaluate credit risk to develop and implement appropriate action plan to achieve strategic resolution. Restructure loans, review financial analysis, and resolve problem credits while minimizing losses. Work closely with borrowers, local bankers, and attorneys (as needed) to facilitate resolution. Prepare and present reporting to Bank management as appropriate.

Position Requirements

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor degree and 4 years commercial resolution experience,
Or
Associate degree and 6 years commercial resolution experience,
Or
High School Diploma and 8 years commercial resolution experience.

Additional Requirements:
- Knowledge of SBA regulations.
- Must complete federal registration and annual renewal as required by the SAFE Act.
- Proven experience resolving problem loans.
- Possess working knowledge of Bank operating systems.
- Strong technical skills including a proficiency in MS Office products.
- Knowledge of current banking laws and regulations, credit policies and compliance requirements.
- Effective communication skills, including the ability to negotiate and influence.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and concepts to include balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow analysis.
