Position Description

This position's primary responsibilities are for the administration, maintenance and continued development of the enterprise-wide talent management system (Gateway - includes but not limited to learning, performance, succession). This position will implement the talent management system scope, objectives and opportunities based on business/user needs, applicable related processes, industry requirements and alignment with the competitive path. Develops and modifies procedures to solve and or streamline complex problems considering talent management software capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results. Responsible for periodic patch and release activities; work collaboratively and cross-functionally with lines of business, SMEs and other HR partners to make recommendations for enhanced functionality based on business/user needs and behavior testing in the pilot environment. Accountable for escalated support services, researching online help and the client success center, testing in the pilot environment and contacting global product support as necessary. Provide reporting services to include the use of standard reports, creation of custom reports and dashboards, assisting end users with reporting requests and questions, and proactively providing L&TD leadership with Gateway utilization, efficiency and effectiveness recommendations.

Position Requirements

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree with a minimum of 3 years experience in a talent management systems administration role
High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of 6 years experience in a talent management systems administration role

Additional Requirements:
Advanced proficiency in Excel and HTML
Demonstrated success at implementing approved system and/or procedural changes that resulted in a positive business and/or end user impact
Demonstrated success at working collaboratively across multiple functions and/or lines of business; ability to influence without direct authority
Experience documenting operating procedures
Strong attention to detail with high degree of accuracy and exceptional follow up and follow through
Strong organizational and prioritization skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a strong focus on providing superior customer service
Proven ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, shifting priorities without sacrificing deadlines and quality
Able to work independently with ability to identify critical issues and escalate appropriately
Must have experience as a system administrator for Cornerstone on Demand talent management system

Cornerstone on Demand certification(s)
