Position Description

The Commercial Resolution Officer II is responsible for managing a portfolio of substandard graded business/commercial loans. The position seeks to mitigate risk, maximize resolutions, and minimize losses through proactive and effective portfolio management. Duties including the following: evaluating credit risk, approving and restructuring problem loans, identifying and reporting TDR's, completing quarterly Loan Impairment Worksheets, negotiating with customer, and working with outside legal counsel as needed.

Position Requirements

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor degree and 4 years commercial resolution experience,
Associate degree and 6 years commercial resolution experience,
High School Diploma and 8 years commercial resolution experience.

Additional Requirements
Must complete federal registration and annual renewal as required by the SAFE Act.
Proven experience resolving problem loans.
Possess working knowledge of Bank operating systems.
Strong technical skills including a proficiency in MS Office products.
Knowledge of current banking laws and regulations, credit policies and compliance requirements.
Effective communication skills, including the ability to negotiate and influence. Strong understanding of accounting principles and concepts to include balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow analysis
