Position Description

Guaranty Bank is seeking an analytical, detail oriented individual with strong communication skills to join our team as a Retail Reporting Supervisor! Become part of a family oriented community bank where you have a voice and your contributions have a large impact on the organization.

This position is primarily responsible for leading the Retail Reporting and Analysis team by supervising day-to-day activities including monitoring workflow, measuring quality, and assisting internal customers.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Skilled Manager. Develop team by providing clear feedback to recognize strengths and development opportunities. Responsible for supervising employees completing daily, weekly and month-end reports as well as reporting trends and financial performance.
- Analyst. Utilize analytical expertise to help management understand and identify trends, forecasts, or potential outcomes of proposed projects through the use of in depth graphs, charts, and Excel reporting. Conduct business area analysis, requirements definition, identify source data, define data quality, transformation, and summarization processes.
- Strong Leader. Lead Retail Reporting and Analysis team to correctly deliver and execute on analytical requests by providing direction and developing an understanding of the business requirements. Assist the team with analytical inquiries or reporting processes.
- Customer Service Focused. Interview end users to determine requirements for data, reports, analyses, metadata, training, service levels, data quality, and performance. Handle ad hoc analysis requests when needed.

Position Requirements

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year College or university; emphasis in Finance, Management, Math, IT, or other Business related field
- 2 years of experience in an analytical role including experience with databases and data extraction programs
- 2 years of supervisory experience

Additional Qualifications:
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft programs, including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Word.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Broad understanding of Banking/ Financial industry including understanding financial statements and basic GAAP knowledge
- Experience with FIS BIC, SAP Business Objects, SQL, ReportMiner or advanced statistical concepts and software
