Business Analyst - Summer Intern Associate Development Program 2020 - June 2020

As a 2020 Summer Intern with FIS, you will have the opportunity to participate in team projects, community service activities, social events, professional development seminars and work alongside team mentors. This is a full time (40hrs/week) paid internship that will begin on June 8, 2020 and conclude on August 14, 2020.

About the team:

Join an exciting team that works collaboratively to design, develop and implement strategic lead generating campaigns as well as develop brand awareness in the fraud detection and prevention space. The team is a comprised of a collaborative culture and thrive as partners. Team members work on multiple projects as a project leader or frequently as the subject matter expert, from defining business requirements to implementation, including providing direction to development teams and testing of developed products to ensure that the business/customer needs have been met. Team members also leverage analytical skills to evaluate trends across the company and/or clients.

What you will be doing:

* Plan, perform and implement process improvement initiatives.
* Responsible for complex business and systems process analysis, design, and simulation.
* Diagram and evaluate existing processes.
* User Acceptance Testing for new development on our SecurLOCK applications/products, working directly with our IT and Operations team.
* Develop metrics that provide data for process measurement, identifying indicators for future improvement opportunities

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Strong written and communication skills
* Adaptability, a drive to learn, and strong problem-solving skills
* Ability to work well independently and within a team
