Fastoys, LLC is a Kawasaki, Honda, Suzuki, Arctic Cat, Nautique, and Beta dealer locate in Kalispell, MT. Fastoys, LLC has a reputation in providing quality work. We are seeking a qualified, self-motivated individual who communicates well and values customer satisfaction to join our team as a Service Manager. • Manage and supervise the service department and staff • Schedule and prioritize service appointments • Monitor the quality of work performed by the technicians to ensure they meet dealership standards • Train and develop staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge • Support the sales team by providing technical expertise on vehicles and accessories • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and legal requirements.
SALARY RANGE: $60K - $90K / Annual with benefits
Qualifications: • A minimum of 3 years experience working in a Powersports dealership preferably one that carried the products we sell. • Be familiar with Lightspeed NXT or Lightspeed EVO. • Have an outgoing, friendly personality and superior communication & customer service skills • Ability to negotiate customer complaints to a satisfactory resolution • Good computer skills • General understanding of mechanical/technical terms.
