As a Contract Work Comp Attorney for Farmers Insurance, you will
be responsible for:
o The competent, ethical, and diligent representation of clients in
all cases assigned by supervisor involving all areas of tort
o Handling matters of low to moderate complexity and/or exposure,
and may assist in the handling of cases assigned to other
o Maintaining and updating computerized litigation support systems
for assigned caseloads.
Our Ideal Candidate will possess the following:
o Bachelors Degree, JD, and a member in good standing of the
California State Bar.
o The ability to handle cases of low to moderate exposure and/or
complexity with minimal supervision.
o Minimum of 1 year of relevant civil litigation experience.
