Job Description

Assist Property Manager with lease ups, all new and vacant units in compliance while timely and accurately.

Provide all new residents with orientation, maintain an active waiting list, and put together file folders for each housing application. Complete of initial certifications/recertification's. Mail letters

Process rent collections and posting of rent collections, Schedule maintenance calls via work orders

All Filing and answering phone calls and taking messages for Property Manager

All other duties as assigned
