Senior Manager, Solution Architecture, Pitney Bowes, Stamford, CT. Influence marketing strategy development and execution, and inform executive-level decision-making by measuring, analyzing synthesizing, and interpreting a broad spectrum of digital data to support the SendTech Business Unit. Coordinate with global and cross-functional marketing stakeholders. Manage team of Technical Data Analysts, Business Analysts, Data Engineers and Data Scientists (PB headcount and/or contractors). Interface with stakeholders to understand business needs, questions, and challenges, and translate those into analytic information technology scopes of work to produce viable IT solution. Manage complex projects (both database and digital) by defining, scoping, executing, and operationalizing analytical projects (predictive models, propensity models, offer optimization models, etc.) to further data-driven decision making in the organization. Drive marketing performance across the customer lifecycle journey by connecting data and insights from pre-inquiry (Digital/Adobe), inquiry-won (Salesforce) and post-acquisition (SAP/Commerce Cloud).
Must possess at least a master’s degree or its equivalent Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS) or a related quantitative field and at least three years of work experience as a Solution Architect/Analyst in marketing analytics. In the alternative, at least a bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS) or a related quantitative field, and at least five years of prior progressive work experience as a Solution Architect/Analyst in marketing analytics. Must also possess at least 3 years of experience with EACH of the following: B2B marketing analytics and B2B marketing environment of products/software, either on the client or agency side; analytics tools such as Salesforce, Cognos, SPSS, Rapid Miner, R, Python, Adobe Analytics (Omniture). Must possess at least 2 years of experience with EACH of the following: SQL or SAS and visualization platforms such as SQL Server or Snowflake; working and coordinating with offshore delivery teams in the analytics/BI space; and project management and prioritizing assignments.
