Job Description

Facebook is seeking a Program Manager to join our University Recruiting team in support of our growing and global Product community. The University Programs Manager will be responsible for creating and executing a number of programs aimed at attracting and retaining top University talent.


* Serve as the main point of contact for Product recruiting site leads, intern managers and intern directors in partner locations.

Manage performance review process for interns, develop process strategy and work with programs specialists and coordinators to execute.

Coordinate and ensure delivery of customized Product intern calibration sessions across locations and regions.

Work cross-functionally with the intern directors, site leads and global program managers to ensure a positive intern experience.

Partner with internal teams to develop, scale and refine tools to support the global program and assure appropriate data integrity.

Partner with Product managers to forecast intern hiring demand across multiple geographies and business units and create a scalable support plan to fulfill those needs.

Drive the design and delivery of global learning & development programs specific to the intern experience including intern manager training, intern orientation, and team-specific on-boarding programs.

Provide clear communication of progress, roadblocks, updates, and future plans to the Product teams, client teams, management, and localized site leads and directors.


* 3+ years of recruiting or program/project management experience

Organizational experience

Experience managing multiple priorities

Communication experience

Experience working across teams

Problem-solving experience and experience handling situations


* University Recruiting/Intern Program experience

Ability to handle ambiguous situations and deliver on desired goals
