Job Summary: The Software Jr. Engineer works closely with business teams to understand requirements, design and develop solutions that optimize business processes and empower employees and customers to provide best in class services. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Other duties may be assigned.

Perform large data migrations.
Design, develop, test, implement and maintain systems that fall under your responsibility.
Form a partnership with the business teams to understand their processes and collaborate to design and develop solutions to meet and ideally exceed their needs.
Participate as a member of teams to tackle larger projects.
Follow corporate and departmental standards and processes.
Write and maintain technical documentation.
Provide technical assistance by responding to inquiries from others regarding errors, problems, or questions about systems.

Technical qualifications include:

Experience with two or more of the following technologies: Oracle PL-SQL, MS SQL, T-SQL, Access
Other desired experience: C#, VB, ASP.NET, Salesforce APEX, PHP, Java, HTML, CSS, Javascript
Should be technically savvy, self-motivated and flexible.
Excellent communication skills a must.

Education and/or Experience: Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

Mathematical Skills: Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations .

Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
