Job Description

Support all office functions and bookkeeping. Will work closely with department Partners of the firm.

Proficiency with QuickBooks, Outlook, Word and Excel, professional phone skills. Excellent grammar and spelling, able to compose emails and letters, travel arrangements, scheduling, meeting planning etc.

General Responsibilities but not limited to:

  • Writing checks from four accounts
  • Reconciling bank statements
  • Maintain keeping financial records
  • Billing
  • Investigate and respond to customer inquiries
  • Process credit card payments
  • File reports and Accounting documents in an organized manner
  • Prepare payroll for transmitting to a payroll company

Hands-on experience and proficiency with MS Excel, MS Word and QuickBooks is essential.

Parking is provided - Located in Downtown Akron, OH
