Job Description

Local CPA firm in west Akron is seeking a professional, experience Administrative Assistant. Team environment, fantastic people and beautiful offices.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain regular and timely attendance.

Answer and direct all incoming calls and visitors for Akron office.

Greet clients, guests, and associates

Maintain visitor log and badges

Courier arrangements as requested/required.

Manage the accurate data entry and tracking of employee's CPE credits.

Maintain reception area and conference/meeting rooms

Report routine maintenance issues facility manager.

Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries

Make reservations, typing, scanning, and provide other administrative support as required

Assist with New Hire Set-up

Coordinate Networking Events

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Associates degree or higher preferred, but not required. A minimum of 2 years related experience, preferably with another CPA Firm or a law firm is preferred.

Ability to effectively use Microsoft Office software including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access.

Ability to operate office equipment (fax machine, telephone skills, calculator, copier, etc.).
