Role Introduction
At Experian Marketing Services, you will be joining the Client Development department in a fast paced, fun and challenging environment. As Software Developer II , you will work on a variety of projects that will enhance your computer language skillset. You will work with Client Solutions to determine effort, build design and code client's business requirements to spec.

Responsibilities
Analyzes, designs, develops, codes and implements programs in one or more programming languages, specifically with expertise in Perl, for a specific assigned software system or systems. These may include PC, Web, or mainframe-based development tools. Identifies and resolves application, database software, and programming problems. Supports integrated applications with an understanding of system integration, test planning, scripting, and troubleshooting. Assesses the health and performance of software applications and databases. Establishes, participates, and maintains relationships with business units, customers and information technology subject matter experts in order to remain apprised of direction, project status, architectural and technology issues, risks, and functional/integration issues. Writes program specifications for individual programs.
Required Skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Science 2 years of experience in a computing environment and 1 year of computer programming experience Working knowledge of Perl Preferred Skills
Good knowledge of one or more programming languages and operating environments such as Javascript and SQL Good knowledge of software development and project management methodologies Good knowledge of multiple department applications, subsystems and functions. Good oral and written communication skills. Good problem solving and analytical skills. Good organizational skills.
