This position is based in our Austin (Westlake) office.

Job Responsibilities:

* Customarily and regularly manages full life-cycle recruiting processes for full-time, temporary, part-time, and intern positions.
* Exercises discretion and independent judgment managing the onboarding process for hiring full-time and temporary staff as needed.
* Evaluates, engages, screens, and interviews qualified candidates daily.
* Reviews job descriptions to understand the hiring manager's needs and to identify the right candidate.
* Actively seeks knowledge to understand technology, technical roles, and technical skills; keeps abreast of technology trends; reviews and understands technical job requirements.
* Partners closely with internal client groups and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, forecasting, and goals.
* Identifies new and strategic recruiting resources for finding new talent.
* Facilitates interview process and hiring discussions with interviewers and hiring managers; conducts in-take meetings.
* Develops strategies to recruit technical candidates using a variety of tools and techniques, including our ATS, LinkedIn, niche job boards, tech groups / associations, alumni websites, social networking, and soliciting employee referrals.
* Responsible for maintaining candidate pipeline activity, candidate status, and performance metrics.
* Participates in local networking groups, organizations, forums, meetings, etc. for building external relationships.
* Acts within compliance of company hiring policies and legal requirements.
* Posts job descriptions on job boards; tracks and manages posting status and results.
* Actively drives the job offer process including the proper disposition of candidates within our applicant tracking system (ATS).
* Coordinates new hire relocation plans with Recruiting Coordinator.
* Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education/Qualifications:

* High School Diploma or equivalent work experience in a related field required.
* Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Job Knowledge/Work Experience:

* 3 to 5 years of recruiting experience; recent or previous staffing agency experience desirable.
* 3 to 5 years of technical recruiting with extensive experience recruiting software developers, programmers, engineers, etc.
* 2 to 3 years of call center, retail and / or customer service experience helpful.
* Familiarity with the following programming languages a huge plus: C, C++. C#, Python, Java
* Experience effectively recruiting via internet or social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Indeed, Google).
* ATS experience is required to source, track, and manage candidates; experience using UltiPro helpful.

Technical Skills:

* Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
