The rapidly growing Structured Finance Division of IMN is seeking a speaker coordinator to meet the demand of an increasing number of events in our global portfolio. This is an excitng role with the potential for international travel and exposure to senior level financial leaders across the globe.

The speaker coordinator's primary responsibilty is to act as the main liaison with our conference presenters across a portfolio of events globally. Duties include communication with speakers on deadlines and logistics, preparation of program related materials, updating the agenda online and related documents, and other speaker related logistics.

RESPONSIBILITES

* Manage the logistics and coordination of all conference speakers and VIP keynotes across a growing portfolio of 20+ international conferences.
* Assist conference producers in communicating speaker information; confirmations, invitation letters, panel instructions, prep webinars/calls, accommodation requirements.
* Keep accurate databases and records of new and regular speakers using our in-house 'Conference Builder' CRM/EMS.
* Liaise with VIP Keynotes on their logistics to ensure we are fulfilling the contract and any other obligations; travel, accommodation, security, honorarium etc.
* To coordinate logistics and communications for all investor, issuer, and sponsor speaker placements covering the entire conference portfolio, ensuring all information is correct and up to date.
* Work alongside the conference coordinator to; update print materials and graphics, produce conference slide decks, set up interactive elements i.e. Sli.do, and speaker profile materials.
* To manage onsite speaker and session room logistics for national and international conferences, ensuring the program runs correctly, efficiently, professionally, and on time.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

* Knowledge of Financial Markets desired but not essential.
* Ability to multi-task and handle/perform under multiple intersecting tight deadlines.
* Ability to act proactively and reactively to live event scenarios.
* Ability to think strategically and creatively.
* Expert working knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook/OneDrive.
* Technologically minded; knowledge of Sli.do and livestreaming desired but not essential.
* Superior organizational, communication and presentation skills with intrinsic attention to detail.
* Ability to work as part of a team and multiple smaller working groups.

EXPERIENCE

* 1+ Year working in a professional corporate environment on an administrative logistical level, events and conference role/experience preferred.
* Experience working in an international capacity, with different time zones, languages, and cultures.
* University/College degree or higher in relevant business services subject.
