Job Description

The Intern will support the Compliance Department focused on Archer and other applicable systems. He/She will apply a methodical approach in developing optimal business solutions, eliciting and prioritizing business requirements, and translating business requirements into documentation, system enhancements and test scripts. The intern will collaborate with the right cross-functional stakeholders helping to drive desired business outcomes. This role requires a strong understanding of a customer relationship management tool, data quality and integrity.

Key Areas of Responsibility

This candidate will be responsible for assisting the Equifax Compliance Office (ECO), specifically the Compliance Testing and Governance teams, to:

* Translate business needs into requirements (process, system and data) in collaboration with IT partners
* Develop and execute test plan and test cases for system enhancements, document results and collaborate with IT partners to resolve defects
* Document processes, data and system functionality as input into end user training
* Develop substantial knowledge of the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the Unfair, Deceptive or Abusive Acts or Practices Act, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau's requirements for a Compliance Management System and be able to assess relevance and impact to Equifax products and operations
* Performs duties or special projects in support of the ECO and its partners in USIS, as well as other BU's/COE's.
